By using BlogCore, you agree to these terms. They are written to be fair and understandable, not to trick you.
The Basics
BlogCore is an AI-powered content platform that helps you create blog posts. When you use our service, you are agreeing to these terms. If something here does not work for you, don't use the service.
Lifetime Deal Terms
If you purchase the Lifetime Deal, here is what you get:
- One-time credits. You receive 5,000 credits with each Lifetime Deal purchase. This is a one-time bundle, not a recurring monthly allocation.
- Credits never expire. Use them whenever you want, no rush.
- Repurchase at the same price. When you need more credits, buy another Lifetime Deal at the same rate you originally paid.
- Same credits per purchase. Each Lifetime Deal purchase gives you the same number of credits (5,000).
- All future features included. As we add new features and improvements, Lifetime Deal holders get access at no extra cost.
- Unlimited workspaces. Create as many blogs and workspaces as you need.
The Lifetime Deal is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and no recurring credit allocations.
Your Account
To use BlogCore, you need an account. Here is the deal:
- You must provide accurate information (real email, real name)
- One account per person, no fake accounts or impersonation
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
If someone accesses your account because of your negligence, that is on you. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Credits and Payments
How Credits Work
- 1 credit = 1 complete blog post (2,000-4,000 words + images)
- Credits are deducted only when content is successfully generated
- Failed generations don't cost credits
- Free tier: 20 credits, one-time, never expire
- Paid plans: Credits according to your subscription
Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, no penalties
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact support if there is an issue
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Your Content
Ownership
You own your content. The blog posts, authors, topics, and any other content you create using BlogCore belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership or rights to it.
What You Can Do
- Publish your content anywhere: your blog, Medium, clients' sites, wherever
- Edit, modify, or delete your content at any time
- Sell content you have created (it is yours)
- Export your content in standard formats
What You Cannot Do
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Create spam, malware, or phishing content
- Generate hate speech, harassment, or violent content
- Impersonate people or organizations
- Violate copyright by inputting copyrighted material as prompts
- Resell access to BlogCore itself (you can sell the content, not the service)
AI-Generated Content
Content created with BlogCore is AI-generated. While we strive for accuracy:
- You are responsible for fact-checking before publishing
- AI can make mistakes, review your content
- Some jurisdictions may require disclosure of AI-generated content
- We recommend human review, especially for professional or medical content
Disclaimers
BlogCore is provided "as is." We make no warranties about:
- Content accuracy or quality for your specific needs
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Results you will achieve with the content
- Compatibility with all systems or requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlogCore's liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, indirect or consequential damages, or third-party claims related to your content.
Termination
You can leave anytime. Cancel your subscription and delete your account through the dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes get email notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
