Terms of Service

Last updated: December 2025

By using Blog Core, you're agreeing to these terms. They're pretty straightforward, but please read them anyway.

The Basics

Blog Core is a blog platform. You can read articles, create an account, write content, and leave comments. When you use this site, you agree to play by these rules.

Accounts

You need a valid email address to create an account. Use real information. Don't create fake accounts or impersonate other people. One account per person is plenty.

Keep your login credentials safe. If someone breaks into your account because you used "password123," that's on you. Let us know right away if you think your account's been compromised.

Your Content

When you publish articles or comments on Blog Core, you keep ownership of your work. It's yours. But you're giving us permission to display it on the site, and that's kind of the whole point.

Here's what you can post:

  • Original content you created
  • Content you have permission to share
  • Code snippets (with proper attribution if needed)
  • Screenshots and images you have rights to use

Here's what you can't post:

  • Stuff you stole from somewhere else
  • Malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Spam or promotional garbage
  • Illegal content of any kind
  • Content that violates someone else's privacy

We review submissions before they go live. If your content breaks these rules, we won't publish it. Repeat offenders get banned.

Comments

Comments are moderated. Be respectful. Disagree if you want, but attack ideas, not people. No spam. No self-promotion unless it's actually relevant to the discussion.

We can remove any comment for any reason, but we're not in the business of censoring legitimate discussion. Say your piece.

Our Rights

We can modify, suspend, or shut down any part of this service at any time. We hope we never have to, but stuff happens. We can also ban users who break the rules or make the community worse.

All the underlying code, design, and branding belong to us. Your content is yours, but the platform itself isn't.

Disclaimers

The content on this site is for informational purposes. We try to make sure it's accurate, but we're not responsible if you follow someone's advice and it blows up in your face. Use your judgment. Test things in development first. Don't run random code snippets in production without understanding what they do.

This site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it'll be up 100% of the time or that it'll work perfectly on every device ever made. We do our best, but no promises.

Limitation of Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to... not much. We won't be on the hook for lost profits, data loss, or other damages that come from using (or not being able to use) this site. That's standard stuff, and you probably expected it.

Changes

We might update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll try to give you a heads up. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. If there's a dispute, let's try to work it out like reasonable people before getting lawyers involved.
