The Quick Version
We collect what we need to run the service. We don't sell your data. We don't spam you. If you delete your account, we delete your stuff. That is it.
What We Collect
Account Information
When you sign up, we store your email address. That is how you log in. We also store your name if you provide one, and any profile settings you configure.
Content You Create
Your workspaces, blog posts, authors, topics, and any other content you generate using BlogCore. This content is stored on our servers and belongs to you.
Usage Data
We track basic analytics: which features you use, how often you generate content, credit usage. This helps us improve the product and catch issues early. We don't build advertising profiles.
Payment Information
When you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We only receive confirmation that payment was successful and basic transaction details.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve BlogCore's services
- To process your payments and manage your subscription
- To send you important account notifications (password resets, billing issues)
- To respond to your support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
What We Don't Do
- Sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
- Send marketing emails you didn't ask for
- Share your content with third parties without permission
- Use your content to train AI models outside of providing you the service
- Track you across websites
Third-Party Services
We use a few trusted services to run BlogCore:
- Firebase - Authentication and database
- Stripe - Payment processing
- OpenAI / Anthropic - AI content generation (your prompts are processed but not stored for training)
- Google Analytics - Anonymous usage analytics
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We have chosen partners who take privacy seriously.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. That is about it. No third-party tracking cookies. No creepy ad retargeting.
Data Retention
We keep your data as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account:
- Your personal information is deleted within 30 days
- Your content (posts, workspaces) is deleted within 30 days
- Some anonymized analytics data may be retained
- Legal/billing records may be kept as required by law
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access - Request a copy of your data
- Correct - Update inaccurate information
- Delete - Request deletion of your account and data
- Export - Download your content in a portable format
- Object - Opt out of certain data processing

Security
We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, regular security audits. Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with strict access controls.
That said, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to support@blogcore.app.
Children's Privacy
BlogCore is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site.
